We are a group of therapists and artists, who, using different techniques and specialties, are dedicated to promoting the holistic development of each person who comes to Mar Adentro. We mainly focus on self-knowledge, emotional awareness, remembering one's own capacity and inner wisdom. Accompanying in a personalized way individual and group processes. We encourage creativity, integration from a holistic vision, seeking together what is our best version, awakening personal potential and freeing the path of what does not allow us to express our true essence. Seeking inner growth, both individual and group. Generating strong bonds of reciprocity and harmony, returning to the Consciousness of Unity.
