What you can find in Mar Adentro

The energy that the Circle brings us is the idea of equality. We are all the same distance from the center. We all have the same possibility and capacity to access, to reach that center. The circular energy becomes one, we become reflection.

Reflection in the look, in the story told by the person in front of me, at my side... She opens up through her word, I open up by perceiving myself  in that mirror, when I found myself in that story. 

When this communication happens, the circle is transformed. It becomes an upward spiral. We raise our energy. We bring from the light of consciousness  our memories, thus taking the first step towards cleansing, giving rise to the integration of these pains in order to reach healing. 

 We bring that light to the tree. Already networked with the energy of the Circle, we connect with the painful memories of our ancestors, in this way, the tree moves to recognize their pain and wounds. 

It is by integrating and recognizing these shadows that our ancestors can give us their gifts.
